Roy-al continues to be my favorite flower shop. Every time I send flowers to someone, they comment regarding how beautiful, fresh, and creativity of the arrangement. I also appreciate that I can order the night before and delivered the next day without an extra charge for quick delivery.

I called the day of the scheduled delivery and asked them to wait until the next day after noon to deliver, which they did, as the recipient was not home the day of the original scheduled delivery. Upon delivery the next day, the delivery person stated that he was disappointed in the flower arrangement and would deliver ANOTHER one the following day. Two days later a BEAUTIFUL, large arrangement was delivered. My 70-year old step mother was beyond floored and delighted, and so am I. I will continue to do business with your company, as you have caring staff who deliever quality flowers on time.
